How does RealVitalize work?
When you meet with your Coldwell Banker Realtor to discuss the sale of your home they will recommend improvements/repairs to maximize the listing price on your home. How much you can spend on home improvements/repairs will be based on your Realtor’s commission (up to $50,000).
It only takes 7 simple steps to participate:

- Get instant approval to spend with no money out of pocket
- Schedule a visit to your home by calling the hotline
- Agree on the scope of work and price quote
- Work begins promptly with oversight from HomeAdvisor

How does pricing work?
Before Home Advisor begins any work, the price will be clearly communicated and you will have the chance to review any quote before work is performed – if you disagree with the price, you can work with your dedicated HomeAdvisor concierge to find a different provider or change the scope of the work. You will not have to pay anything out of pocket, since the costs are recouped at closing, with no hidden fees, or interest charges.
What happens if I take my house off the market?
If your home does not close within 12 months from the execution date of a RealVitalize contract or you cancel your listing with us, you will be responsible for paying Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage an amount equal to the value of services that were undertaken during the contract period.
